Celexon have developed the HomeCinema Tension screen for all home cinema lovers. They paid special attention to functional components and useful features, as well as to an elegant design, the use of high-quality materials and an outstanding price / performance ratio.
Projection fabric
Celexon have equipped the new HomeCinema Electric Tension with a fiberglass fabric optimised for high-definition content. Full-HD or 4k content is displayed as intended by your projector.
This ensures particularly long-term use - unlike with pure PVC cloths, the fiberglass backing is significantly more temperature-stable (please note the enclosed instructions). In addition, it has the fire protection certifications M1 & B1, is equipped with an anti-mould coating and has an antistatic effect.
A very homogeneous and detailed image reproduction with a wide viewing angle makes our projection surface (of the "TYPE D" = diffuse reflecting) the ultimate choice for all living room cinemas. The gain of 0.9 (according to DIN1945-4) is deliberately chosen "neutral", so that colour values are not distorted (as occurs with higher-gain fabrics) and optimum contrast values can be achieved for matte-white fabrics; The picture appears homogeneous and in all its cinematic brilliance.
Components
The dimensionally stable shaft effectively prevents horizontal banding in addition to the heavy weighting rod. The lateral tension system ensures optimum flatness and effectively prevents "dog-ears" in the projection area. Adjustment screws can be found on the caps of the weighting rod allowing you to retighten the Tension system should it have lost some of its tension after a few years.

The HomeCinema Electric screen Tension is supplied with extensive accessories, and "out of the box" offers various control methods:
- Remotely control via enclosed radio or infrared remote control.
- Automated by trigger cable - You control your screen easily and conveniently via the trigger output of your projector.
- Integration via RS232 protocol or potential-free contacts - For control via media controls
Design
The extruded aluminium housing in a shapely "drop design" fits elegantly with modern living environments. It is painted white including white end caps and white weighted bar. Its discreet design does not disturb the living environment, especially when retracted.
Assembly
The HomeCinema Tension is safe, easy and quick to install. The aluminium tube is attached with two flexibly positionable mounting brackets, which are suitable for ceiling or wall mounting. The mounting brackets can be freely positioned along the housing based on the on-site requirements. Alternatively, the screen can also be "suspended" by means of enclosed ring eyelets to e.g. Chains (not included).

Delivery Rates to mainland UK (excluding large and/or heavy items)
Delivery is to ground floor/kerbside only, if you have special delivery instructions you must contact us to ensure that we can have the best chance of success in delivering the item. We required items to be signed for.
Delivery dates are Monday to Friday unless otherwise specified
Delivery cut off is 3-4pm on most items - earlier time exceptions are large items, high value items, items requiring a pallet (i.e bulk orders) or items which direct ship from the manufacturer or supplier. If you order after cut-off then the order is processed the next day, that means if you ordered Tuesday at 8pm at night, the next day delivery option (if applicable) is Thursday as the order is processed on the Wednesday.
On a large number of items we offer a free delivery service.
Delivery Rates to Highlands, Islands, Northern Ireland & Remote Areas - (excluding screens and Touch Screens)
Non mainland and the Highlands and Islands - this includes anything that goes over water that does not have road access. These rates are determined by couriers based on postcode. If there are multiple items then we may need to quote you for delivery.
This should automatically calculate at the checkout when you enter your address, but sometimes needs to be calculated on a case-by-case basis, please contact us for a quote in this instance.
Screens & Digital Displays
These also have a standard rate ranging upwards from £15 + VAT depending on the size of the product and delivery location, for particularly large/heavy items this is quoted on a case-by-case basis please contact us for a price.
Delivery Rates to Republic of Ireland & rest of EU
We can still ship most items outside of the UK, however, this is quoted on a case-by-case basis so orders cannot be placed through the online checkout without a quoted delivery fee. We can also supply the goods with zero-rated VAT for exports outside the UK. Goods are supplied on DAP Incoterms for exports and we can also accomodate for you to use your own courier to collect the goods from us.
Returns
Faulty Items
Goods Reported Faulty Within 14 Days of Receipt.
If you have a faulty item and are reporting the fault within 14 days of receipt. When the goods are returned to us complete, we’ll issue a full refund to you via your original payment method. We will try and ensure that there is a fault, that often requires is running diagnostics or getting the manufacturer to speak to you directly to determine whether there is a genuine fault rather than just a set up error.
Goods Damaged in Transit
If your goods were damaged in transit it must be reported to us within 3 days. If goods are visibly damaged on receipt the delivery note must be marked accordingly. Once the damaged goods have been collected and received back into our warehouse, we’ll issue a refund via your original payment method. We will require pictures of the damage.
Consumers - If You Have Changed Your Mind – this is for personal use not business or organisations
If you are a private consumer and have changed your mind as long as the goods have not been in your possession for over 14 days, and the item can be sold again as new, then you are entitled to return the goods to us. If the item you are returning is a projector, the lamp hours used must not have exceeded 2 hours otherwise a re-stocking fee will be applied. The cost of returning items is the responsibility of the customer. As new means in original packaging with complete accessory packs and manuals. If any item is marked/damaged, including the packing, there may be a restocking fee. Please contact us directly before sending any goods back to obtain an RMA number without this there may be a delay in dealing with your return. If you purchased for a company, or an organisation you are not deemed a Consumer by law.
